Our team of professionals has over 20 years of experience with both government and commercial entities in Libya and the Middle East. They have knowledge of both the upstream and downstream sectors. Post-graduate experts in the oil business from US and European colleges serve as our consultants.
When government reforms in 1980 resulted in the nationalization of all private sector enterprises, restricting free private entrepreneurship, the industry as a whole took a backseat. The UN sanctions in 1992 had a severe toll on the economy. We hid at the beginning of 1997 by moving our base temporarily to Abu Dhabi, where we managed our activities. Our Tripoli office operated as a follow-up and information transit hub while keeping a low profile. We also have an office in Benghazi. We hereby retract our claims to have contributed to Libya's economic progress in light of the recent complete easing of the embargo imposed on the country by the United States and the European Union.
In addition to consultation, we also provide the following services:
